We’re thrilled to now be residing in the Oak Hill neighborhood of Austin! Oak Hill is conveniently located to allow us to service our clients better. We offer moves for all of Austin, but complete many of our moves in the following areas: West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Lost Creek, Travis Country, Circle C, Belterra, Spanish Oaks, Serene Hills, Rough Hollow, and Barton Hills. Our Oak Hill location lets us get to these areas faster than ever, making our moves even more efficient!
Little Guys Loves Oak Hill
While the convenience of our new location is great, we’re equally excited about taking advantage of all the amazing things Oak Hill has to offer. We love stopping by Jack Allen’s Kitchen for some southern comfort food. And nothing beats a full stack of pancakes from Kerby Lane after a challenging move — except maybe a cocktail from Oak Hill Social! With its beautiful trees, close proximity to downtown, and easy access to the “Y,” Oak Hill is the perfect place for the Little Guys to call home.
How Movers Move
So what does it look like when professional movers have to move? Well, we take our own advice and declutter before we get started. A move is the perfect time to purge and recycle older equipment and replace it with new. We also shred any non-essential files and reorganize our filing cabinets. After all, there is no sense in moving stuff you don’t need anymore!
Preparation and planning are always crucial when moving a business — especially when it is your own! We follow our Comprehensive Moving Checklist and begin packing up all the non-essential items ahead of time. This allows us to prioritize what needs to be unpacked and set up immediately to avoid downtime. We all know time is money.
Finally, we make sure everything is labeled for the correct office and/or area. This is key if you want to be able to return to normal operations as quickly as possible.
