Have you heard about The Green Chair Project? They’ve been helping families in Raleigh since 2010, offering gently-used, donated furniture at a fraction of the cost to qualified clients. The donated furniture and household goods help folks who are struggling to get back on their feet after homelessness or disaster. In less than five years of operation, The Green Chair Project has proudly served more than 700 families and over 2,000 individuals.
Little Guys Movers is honored to be helping out the community by teaming up with The Green Chair Project. We first started working with them about a year ago, simply delivering furniture donations to their shop whenever they needed an extra hand. Now we get to directly assist families by moving their “new” furnishings to their home. It’s quite a rewarding experience!
